Q: What happens if I cancel my subscription?
A: Your access to the Art Journal Emporium will be removed within 24 hours. Please note that as soon as you join the classroom you have instant access to a plethora of goodies and workshops. Therefore, access is never determined by a certain number of days. Please make sure you download the goodies you want to keep BEFORE you cancel, as they will no longer be available.
Q: Can I use an iPad for this subscription?
A: Yes! You can for most of the videos, classroom content and discussions. However, you must know how to download .zip files to use the other goodies. It's easiest if you have access to a desktop for this purpose. You can not download .zip files directly to an iPad, you must use something like dropbox.com and you will still need access to a desktop computer to unzip them. You can read more details on our iPad & Zip files page [here].
