Q: How do I get access to The Art Journal Emporium?
A: You will get an invitation with a link to the Ruzuku classroom within 24 hours of purchase. Please read and follow the instructions in that email. It could come from Tangie and/or Ruzuku. Make sure you check your spam/junk box, sadly many invitations go there. If you do not have an invite within 24 hours please email us: email@example.com.
Q: Can I use PayPal?
A: Our subscription system uses Stripe to process payments (we never have direct access to your credit card information). However, if you would like to use PayPal you can use the button below to subscribe.
Q: How do I change my email?
A: Please send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org if any of your account information changes and we will be happy to update it for you. This helps us ensure that your loyalty rewards stay current.
Q: Can I cancel my subscription at anytime?
A: Yes, you sure can. Please email us at: email@example.com with your request and we'll be happy to assist you within 24 hours Monday-Saturday. Or, you can cancel your account if you prefer to do it yourself). Log into your account and choose "Manage My Subscriptions", from there you can cancel your current subscription. (Please note, you must have pop-ups enabled.)
Q: What happens if I cancel my subscription?
A: Your access to the Art Journal Emporium will be removed within 24 hours. Please note that as soon as you join the classroom you have instant access to a plethora of goodies and workshops. Therefore, access is never determined by a certain number of days. Please make sure you download the goodies you want to keep BEFORE you cancel, as they will no longer be available.
Q: Can I use an iPad for this subscription?
A: Yes! You can for most of the videos, classroom content and discussions. However, you must know how to download .zip files to use the other goodies. It's easiest if you have access to a desktop for this purpose. You can not download .zip files directly to an iPad, you must use something like dropbox.com and you will still need access to a desktop computer to unzip them.
