A THIRD addition to my wildly popular Día de los Muertos kits!
I'm proud to bring you Día de los Muertos {TRES} (three)
Wikipedia - "The Day of the Dead (El Día de los Muertos or All Souls' Day) is a holiday celebrated in Mexico to pray for and remember friends and family members who have died. Celebrated on November 2nd, traditions include building private altars honoring the deceased, using sugar skulls, marigolds, and the favorite foods and beverages of the departed, and visiting graves with these as gifts."
It might sound a little morbid, if you aren't familiar with the holiday, but it's a major cause of celebration in the Southwest. It was an amazing kit to put together, research and an interesting holiday to learn about! Bright and colorful and full of "calaveras" ("skulls") dressed in their finest. With 8 papers, 1 uppercase alpha and over 40 elements, this kit celebrates the occasion at it's best! {PLUS! A bonus pack of solids!}
1 glass bead, 1 plastic bead on string, 1 border in 3 versions, 1 flower vine border in 2 versions, Cantina die cut in two versions, 3 clay flowers, 1 clay glittered heart, 2 painted flowers dies cuts, 1 word art, 1 metal finding, 6 flowers, 5 foliage, 1 vintage fruit embellishment from my collection, 1 gold bead pin, 1 golden glitter splatter, 4 silver Milagros type beads, 2 sugar skulls in 2 versions, 2 sugar skull embellishments (butterfly wings, tattoo flair), extra large skull mat die cut, skull border, star scatter, stitches, 1 wire with glass flower beads
